Aurora R16 (ACT1250) Damaged Front Bezel
Hello,
I ordered two Aurora R16 (ACT1250) desktops on 07/04/25 and received them on 07/13/25. I finished setting up and configuring them and moved them to their final location. When peeling off the protective plastic film, one of them has a damaged front bezel. There is a small abrasion on the plastic and underneath, the plastic is dented. It's not major but being brand new, I'd like to get the bezel replaced.
I opened a case with customer care, attached pictures as requested, and received the response below...
"I understand from your email that you receive the dent on the product of your Dell . We apologize for the same.
We do not have the expertise to assist you with this concern.
Please contact our Technical Department at your earliest convenience. They will be happy to assist you as per the terms of your warranty."
Although I wouldn't think this is a technical issue, the case was closed so I went ahead and opened a second case with technical support. After filling out the online form, picking my service tag, etc., the site said it needed to connect me to a representative via chat. While is was connecting, the chat window closed. I cannot seem to get back to the chat and I don't want to open a third case.
I'd like to get some help with getting my one damaged front bezel replaced.
