Aurora R16, 4070 Ti Super GPU not running

Got a 6-month-old R16 with a 4070Ti Super. Fired up MSFS 2024, got error message that my system doesn't meet minimum performance requirements (I've been running this game for months with no issues).  Thought maybe I had a GPU issue, fired up the Nvidia Control App, error message that the application is not compatible with display driver. Went into Device Manager, it's not showing my GPU. Ran the Alienware command center, this app said everything is fine, despite my GPU running at 0%. I run the online Dell diagnostic tool, that said everything is fine.  Thoroughly mad and confused. Any idea what the issue is?

Ignoring the game (and the Dell programs) for now ...

I would start with the Nvidia 4070-Ti Super not showing in (Legacy) Control-Panel/Device-Manager. Kinda hard for Windows-11 to use it (in any capacity really) if not even showing here.

GeForce Experience is depreciated. Replaced with the "Nvidia App" that you get from Microsoft-Store. It now integrates with Nvidia-Control-Panel as well.

After you get the above working, you can try taking a closer look with AIDA64, GPU-z, or even setting-up a profile for it with After-Burner.

I've moved this over to the Desktop section as I'm assuming you have an Aurora R16.

I've seen Windows updated causing similar problems to what you're having. I would try rolling back to an older restore point and seeing if the issue is still there. When all else fails, A Windows reinstallation can usually get rid of software issues.

Hopefully it's not a hardware issue but you should still have warranty so a good first step would be to contact support and raise a ticket.

I am also having this exact issue, except I have the 4090 variant. It's not even a year old - been having the display cut out on me a few times and now I've lost the GPU entirely. I can remote into it which helped me verify this is the case.
