Aurora R15, suddenly stopped working

I wasn't doing anything crazy, but the whole thing suddenly shut down while I was watching Youtube.

At first, I tried to restart it, but it stopped turning on after a few seconds of the fan running and flashing.

After I tried the hard reset, the fan keeps running, the lights on the desktop are turning on, but still no hdmi/DP signals on monitor.

Symptoms:

1. No hdmi/DP signals on monitor

2. The light on the keyboard won't turn on.

3. Fan keeps running

For troubleshooting, I tried:

1. un/replugging the power cable for both the desktop/monitor

2. hard reset (including changing to a new CR2032 battery)

3. different DP/HDMI cable

4. different monitors

5. different RAM

and none of them worked.
