Aurora R15, remote power switch, wired or remote
I'm looking to see if there is a remote power switch / button solution for the Alienware Aurora R15 tower that I can turn my computer on from my work station. Thoughts?

Sure, Wake-On-LAN can work in some situations (but not from completely OFF, AFAIK).
But if you are looking for a WIRED, remote power switch ... I use something this on my Home-Theater computer (because it's actually behind a wall).

@redxps630 Wake on LAN does not appear to be an option in the R15 BIOS. It's possible that the R15 is not capable of this from a powered down state, but as @Tesla1856 mentioned, only from a sleep mode. This isn't really a good option for most, who want to completely power down the PC when not in use. A remote switch may be the only solution here.
