Aurora R15, Kingston Fury Beast XMP memory running at 4800 MHz?

I try upgrading 2 x Aurora R15, i purchased 64GB kit 5600 MHz and it only runs at 4800 MHz in bios is gray and telling me to get dell memory makes no sense the need to update the bios and support the memory !!

The memory i got

Kingston Fury Beast
KF556C40BB-32
CAS Latency: 40

Don't hold your breath for that BIOS update.

photo FAILS . . . again

You might try this RAM, which has an SPD speed of 5600 MT/s, so no XMP required.

G.Skill Ripjaws M5 RGB 64GB (2x32GB)

Also runs at a comfortable 1.1v . . . no guarantee

@ProfessorW00d Try a new thread, I want to know what happens. It does not work in this forum for me, but it works in the other forum...

@ProfessorW00d I checked and G.Skill told me it will only run at slowest speed on Aurora R15 & R16 5200mhz not faster limited by manufacturer Bios

@AREA-51   That is an interesting comment from G.Skill.  I am certainly not a RAM expert, but I don't know how it could run at 5200 MT/s if it does not have a 5200 MT/s profile. SPD profile is 5600 MT/s and it is reported running at that speed in the R16 on another platform, with visual documentation.

@ProfessorW00d Do you have a link  when it was posted as it may worked on older bios version!! Default speed is DDR5-5600 CL46 (SPD), so XMP is not required. However,The BIOS isn't fully unlocked so you may not be able to achieve 5600mhz that Dell hasn't approved to work within their system the speed will downgrade to 5200mhz in R16, by default as reported by other users.I purchased a set and will report back the told me also to report back to see if it will works in the new bios update

@AREA-51   I will have to look further for the specific link to which I was referring. In the meantime, here is someone claiming to run 96GB @ 5600 MT/s  LINK G.Skill 5600 MT/s
