Aurora R15, CPU stuck at 0.40 ghz
Hello I need some help my computer CPu is stuck at 0.40 GHz I tried to reinstall windows update BIOS and I cannot get it to go up I have the Intel i7 2700k aio and a 3060 ti

try a RTC reset
Start the RTC reset with the computer powered off and connected to AC power. Press and hold the power button for thirty (30) seconds. The RTC Reset occurs after you release the power button.

I think OP had a typo and probably meant i7 12700k
