Aurora R14, replacing SSD

Hi,
We've been having problems with my son's PC and had a few errors messages from support assist that the hard drive needed replacing. We have just reset the entire PC from new settings (as it was full of junk gaming files), but problems persist. We've bought a new NVMe M.2 2280 1TB drive, and looks straightforward to replace physically, but will the machine then easily reinstall win11 etc? I don't have a need to copy existing personal files as this was purely a gaming machine .

thanks - and sorry for being a numpty

If the old boot drive has been reset and contains existing issues, you may consider to perform a clean Windows 11 installation on the new NVMe SSD.  Make a USB installer using Windows 11 Media Creation Tool.

Good tutorial and useful info from here  https://www.elevenforum.com/t/clean-install-windows-11.99/
