Aurora R14, crashing while gaming

im having a constent problem of crashing. like ill be playing a game then randomly my game will go to 1-2 fps and my other screen will do the same. then pc crashes 10 seconds later sometimes goes to bluescreen or pc will just restart. or it will guide me to a dell screen to scan for hardware problems. ive had this pc for about 2 yrs now idk whats going on all of the sudden it just started happening.
