Aurora R13, upgrade to Cryo-Tech (0FFD35 or 27WXG?) They both worked!
I've seen many post/comments about this and did not find a proper answer, when I bought my R13's they came with the non RGB liquid cooler (despite the fact I selected Cryo-Tech on checkout), anyways, I always wanted the cool RGB version and thought that this could be upgraded.
2 years forward, I went ahead and bought both models the 0FFD35 Honeycomb & 27WXG Horizontal Lines, there's a few sellers on eBay with this item, some overpriced some "affordable". I believe it was about $150 back when they were in stock here, so expect to pay around that range.
Installation was relatively easy, took me about 20 min to have it set up and ready, I did had to restart my PC twice because the Alienware Command Center wasn't detecting the cooler, after quick reboot everything was there, including all the LED customization & fan curve options : ) yeeeyyy, now I can confirm that they both fit perfectly on the Alienware Aurora R13, the colors are super bright & fully customizable, also I saw some comments saying that the RGB option was not available on the "0FFD35" variation of the product and that the "27WXG" was the only "Cryo-Tech" version of the product, honestly I believe this is pure Dell marketing bs, because they both have (surprisingly) the same LGA 1700 mount, they both share the same RGB options, same braided liquid tubes, and they practically have the same size/dimensions, one difference I did find is that one is labeled as 105W and the other 125W not sure why, but supposedly they do share the same liquid exchange cycle. the RGB fan is the same on both models too.
I hope this help anybody that's in the same boat as I once was, if you find any of the two models and you wish to upgrade your cooling, go ahead and buy it, it will work!!!

Both models 0FFD35 & 27WXG will work on the Aurora R13 with all the lighting FX's functions enabled, also temperature on both models are relatively the same and I don't see any noticeable performance drop or issue. (Monitored with Core Temp)

FFD35 is a R14 Asetek Sigrid liquid cooler. It has a honeycomb pattern of liquid pump
It is not a R13 part but you can use it in R13.

27WXG is the only genuine R13 Cryo-tech which has a lined pattern of liquid pump

@redxps630
Thanks for the input! Honestly, I think this is more about marketing, but who knows… I bet I can swap the alien logo cover from the honeycomb AIO and fit it onto the lined one.
It’s interesting that they don’t mention the LED option when describing the ‘0FFD35’ model, which could be confusing for customers. Either way, I’m happy with how this upgrade turned out and wanted to share some light with others. ✌🏻
