Aurora R13, stutters on audio, video, and gaming
Removing most of Dell programs like SA (SupportAssist) help fix my stuttering problems. I'm still under warranty a Dell tech try to help fix my pc but never found this issue. I figured it out myself by just getting rid of a few apps also looks like they want to help me re-install support assist but I try that already the stutters return. Had no choice but to remove it. Wished it work.

SA and Command Center are two pieces of software that can cause various problems for some users.

I agree idk if windows 11 is the cause of Support Assist but when used for the first time no problems happen could it be the updates but yet again Dell support will not work on my system I even ask for a replacement this is not aceptable on this rig so expensive as well. Support Assist is something we should all have installed on our pc.

What kind of games are you playing when you see those micro stutters? The R13/14 can begin to throttle with the high end CPU/GPU packages. Have you checked the temperatures with HWMon to see what they look like when you begin to get those stutters?
This person is/was experiencing similar problems like you. Have you checked this thread?

I don't think support Assist is really a requirement. It should be something that is installed when you need support.
If everything works well you don't need most of the Dell software at all.

Starting to look like a widespread issue affecting recent Aurora model.

Just wanted to say thanks. I have an Alienware R13 that's been making a blip sound every time I start a video or audio or a game. It was just a split second of sound from the previous video or song or etc. Drove me mad. I uninstalled Dell's DA and no more issue.
