Aurora R13 Solid Side Panel version add more RGB light zone
Hello,
I have a Solid Side Panel version Aurora R13 and I want to upgrade to the Clear Side Panel version. I have purchased the front panel with AMBIENT LIGHTING and ALIENWARE RGB AIO LIUQID COOLING. However, AWCC cannot recognized theses new components. So I fully uninstall AWCC and reinstalled it, but it still not lights up.

User report in the same situation as you:
” UPDATE: SOLVED!!!
I found a workaround. Solution was to download AlienFX Tools from GitHub and bypass AWCC all together!

It’s a GUI that allows you to select and assign all RGB connected. It also allows control of fans, power profiles, etc for any Alienware systems. Much more efficient than AWCC and allows more precise control!
You can select each LED one by one and assign them to zones. It enables plug in play for swapping parts from Clear Side Panel Versions of the R13 to Solid Side Versions.”

I am wanting to do this same thing. I dont care much about the side panel, I just want the font panel. Could you point me exactly to what i need? Thanks!

the github AlienFx tools takes care of all the AW color led. just try it.
