Aurora R13, power cycling every 3-10 seconds

I've had my R13 for only 1.5 months.  After a few hiccups during initial setup it's run great.  However this morning I came downstairs to find it power cycling.  Lights come on, I hear a "click" sound, lights maybe change a couple colors, then power goes off.  1-2 seconds later the process starts over again.  Whole sequence lasts between 5 - 10 seconds.

I've tried unplugging the power cable, letting it rest for up to 15 minutes.  I've tried bypassing surge protector. The wall outlet is fine, all the other items plugged into the power strip are working fine.

I got through to someone via support chat but as soon as they asked for more information, all of a sudden my messages in that chat won't send.  Comical.

This is my first gaming-centered rig ever.  I'm trying to essentially just play a few games on it.  I don't stream.  I don't do video editing.  I don't use VR. I surf the web and watch some shows occasionally.  

Any ideas?
