Aurora R13, Killer AX1675x, dropping WiFi connection

Help! WiFi connection keeps dropping. Can't connect to WPA3 or Wi-fi 6E with Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675x Wireless Network Adapter

Basic Info:
PC - Alienware Aurora R13
WNIC - Killer WiFi 6E AX1675x 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (210NGW)
Security Type - (stuck on) WPA2
Channel - Automatically connects to 5 ghz, (no option to select the 6 or the 2.5 ghz bands.)
ISP - Spectrum
Router - Spectrum router, no control access.
PC location - upstairs, one floor above the router. Direct line unavailable in my apartment.

I've been trouble shooting for days. I can't figure out why all my other devices automatically connected to the 6E band but my Aurora R13 can't/won't. Everything indicates it's compatible, but I can't force the security type to WPA3, it's stuck on WPA2. It keeps defaulting to the 5 ghz band and I don't have the option to select any other.

My internet has been dropping off and on for months. It's recently gotten worse, prompting me to upgrade my internet service (I use Spectrum and currently use their router, so I can't adjust the settings and the router automatically assigns the security type and the wifi band) My pc is on the floor above the floor with my router and I can't run a direct line in my apartment. I know my pc should be able to get a better signal because my work computer is right next to it and it gets the 6E and higher download speeds off the same router.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the WiFi drivers (Clean install)
I've completed all updates available to date
I've tried forcing the 6E connection
I've tried forcing the WPA3
I've tried forgetting and reconnecting to the internet network
I've tried calling Spectrum
I've tried factory resets and multiple reboots along the way
I've check that my network adapter is capable of WPA3 (it is)
I've checked for 6E compatibility and everything comes back as, yes, it's compatible.

Spectrum confirmed that my work pc was showing less than 1% interference, while my alienware pc, right next to it, was showing around 30% interference.

My speed tests are all over the place, anywhere from high 700's to as low as high 300's (on a 1 gig plan) ... My pc is capable of 1 gig speeds, as it's been there before, just not on a 6E connection.

I have had ongoing issues with my pc not staying connected to the internet. It drops connection often and randomly. Often for maybe 15 to 30 seconds at a time. Enough to prevent me from opening web apps or to kick me out off my games server (typically at the worst possible times).

I don't know how to fix this. I know I should be able to use 6E, and connect to WPA3, and can reach 1 gig speeds. I'm struggling to find the solution.

I've considered that maybe it's faulty hardware and am considering replacing the wifi card. I also considered buying my own router, but I don't know if that would actually fix this since it feels like the issue is occurring directly with my pc.

Any suggestions, tips, or fixes anyone has to share are greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

""WNIC - Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX1675x 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (210NGW)""  confuggles me somewhat, as the AX1675 and 210NGW suggest 2 different adapters.

So I need a little more thought before I type something silly.

Hi

Could you try these commands and post the results please...

netsh wlan show drivers & powershell get-netadapter

ipconfig /all

preferably as an administrator, just to clarify that the Wi-Fi card is not equal to the task.

Hopefully the full txt file is attached, and the txt needs changing to bat for it to run, but as a txt file you can examine it first before running.
