And also, 96 GB is not a supported memory configuration on the R13, so I would start looking there.

@Vanadiel Not usually.... but I have noticed a flicker inside and the power button if I plug the power cord back into the psu followed by the PC will bootup for some reason after I plug the power cord in then shut off a second later idk why

but since I removed the 2x memory sticks to fit the supported config I wasn't aware of...

and just have the 64gb ddr5 4800 udimm 1.1V CL40 not 4400 as the config says I hope that doesn't matter..

the computer acted weird infact the k/m and monitor became inoperative maybe 10 minutes after boot which was a first

so I removed 1 of the 32gb sticks hoping to isolate a bad memory

also now that I only have 1 of the memory sticks in unlike before when I plug the power cord in you know because I unplugged everything to take the memory out well the the computer turns on and stays on!?

unlike its been doing with all the memory in it would automatically boot off after I put the plug in after it booted up by itself from putting the cord in the psu

so I am looking into testing the memory at this point going to try this windows memory diagnostic tool... and also put the other stick of memory in and see what happens with just that memory card

thanks I did as u said for the memory config

well I changed the gpu from the 3080 to my 1060 gtx used ddu for clean install and it works fine every reboot the monitor works (was it ddu or the gpu drivers) I will do the same to the 3080 with ddu until I tried going to safe mode the screen is not responsive on 2 different monitors hdmi and a display

Sounds like a possible dead 3080...

@Vanadiel, I thought the same, but I used DDU in safe mode, turned off the network, and reinstalled the drivers. Now, it has booted up several times without any problems, but it takes a minute for the screen to load. I don't see the Alienware logo until it gets to the Windows login screen. Is that normal? The other GPU showed the Alienware logo and indicated when to press F2, which is now missing with the 3080. I don't remember if it was like this when I first purchased it. I am going to reboot it 10 more times and see if it is fixed by doing a full wipe of the drivers. I am so confused at this point. I give credit to those who do this for a living. I am only doing this because I have time due to being on disability; otherwise, I would just buy a PC and not even try to fix it. I am learning a lot!
