Aurora R13, AWCC 6.6.37 can not see or control fourth case fan?

My Aurora R13 did not come with the 4th or top case fan. I bought one with a bracket, which is a Dell OEM fan; yet, I cannot find, see, or control it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, but it just does not exist and lamely spins at the slowest possible speed.

Does anyone know how to enable control of this fan, or why it's disabled? I imagine with the water-cooled version, there must be control over all four motherboard fans, so why can't I?

As I mentioned, I have tried every basic troubleshooting option. I have the latest beta build of Windows 11 64-bit, the latest R13 Drivers from the official Dell update, and I've run the Dell official diagnostics - including the "fan" diagnostic by itself. Everything is supposedly fine. I have the latest BIOS; I even went directly to Intel and Samsung for the latest drivers, which are more up-to-date than what's available from Dell.

I even booted into safe mode, uninstalled everything from Alienware and DELL, then reinstalled it all again.

I cannot find any answers on Google or Bing, and I am sure I'm not the only person who has or had this issue, so, HELP!? Please.

@redxps630 I installed a fourth case fan, as my R13 did not come with one. However, no matter what I do, the fan won't show up in AWCC, nor will it show up in the 3rd-party Alienware Controls software set. I have control over just the CPU, as well as the two front and rear fans, while the top fan spins away at the lowest possible speed. I have searched every keyword I could think of to find a solution, but it seems nobody else has the same issue.

@Innovative313 My R13 not watercooled simply will not detect my top case fan that it did not come with. it simply refuses. is it the windows drivers or something

How did you power the fan?
