Aurora R13, AMD RX 6700 XT, FPS drops

I have had my Aurora R13 for about a month and a half and now after about an hour of playing any game my frames drop to about 14-20 fps for a couple of seconds. My GPU usage goes from 50-70% to around 10-30% usage and my CPU usage goes from 1-4% to about 30% usage. My fan speeds and temperature of my CPU and GPU are normal when this happens. All my drivers are up to date, I have tried everything to fix this issue and nothing worked.
