Aurora R12, screen after bios update
Alienware Aurora R12
After attempted bios update, screen stuck on screen that reads system booted from new image. Partial update not allowed only full image can be updated (all three greyed out) and reset bios settings to default ( not greyed out) but when chosen simply returns to same screen. Help?

do you still have warranty? when bios update failed you are in a risky situation that could potentially have a bricked system.
