Aurora R12, not working out of box

I bought my Dell computer Alienware Aurora R12 and within 2 weeks they had to come and replace the motherboard and everything else in it as the sound was not working properly! My computer continues to crash in regardless of what they have asked me to do. Technicians are supposedly going to come to my home to repair motherboard and everything else etc etc? I've been after him for since November to replace my computer with a new one. As I believe this computer if you want to call it that is a lemon it's been down ever since I got the thing and it's going to stay that way. I'm 70 years old. I bought this computer to the what I wanted in it motherboard everything GPU processor as I figured it would be the last computer I would own hahaha 😭 If it doesn't get right this time when they fix it I'm just going to buy a new one actually I have an older case here that I used to rebuild my computers with and I'll just rebuild a new one with new parts.
