Aurora R12, AWCC 5.9.2.0 version keeps breaking

The Alienware Command Center application-5.9.2.0 version/ is disastrous, because it absolutely does not work as it should work. You buy an Alienware product and the application is part of it, it works for a few days and when an update comes the whole application breaks. You reinstall the application and it works for a few days, and after a few days the application does not work at all even when you try, give a repair command, the installation pretends to work and everything is fixed, but it is not at all the application still does not work, so the only thing you have to do is uninstall and reinstall and this happens all the time.
