Aurora R11, won't turn on after power outage

So, this morning I had a power outage. It turned off, then back on. Later in the day I tried to turn on my Aurora R11, and it started blinking very slowly with a yellowish light. I pressed the power button again and tried turning it back on and nothing. So I did the power test on the PSU, and everything turned on, but the PSU fan never spun. What's wrong? I'm guessing the PSU is bad. Side note I was pissed I punched the psu and the pc randomly turned on it didn’t post and the psu fan still never spun I turned it off super quick.

Per Dell Tech found here, The PSU needs replacement. And I quote

  • "The power supply fan should turn on. If the fan doesn't spin correctly, consider the self-test failed even if the LED lights up"

And 2 suggestions, Get yourself a UPS to protect the system and don't bang on it out of anger..that never brings good results.

Remove and re-insert the coin cell battery. That often does the trick.
