Aurora R11, won't turn back on after update

This is the second time this has happened in the last two years. The first time I fixed it by not turning it on for a week. Instead of doing that this time I’m coming here for help. I’ve already diagnosed the problem but I can’t find a solution. The problem being - System board: BIOS and ROM failure
