Aurora R11, data device encryption option missing

Got up-to-date about bitlocker used on my Dell R11 and R16 so it's a good time to backup the recovery key for both systems.

The R16 I was able to save/print the recovery key.

But the R11 that option was missing from
control panel, device encryption, settings... menu?
Both PC's Win11 is updated
Both PC configured the same
BIOS from what I can tell are the same settings
