Aurora R11, black screen with responsive keyboard

Hello,

Yesterday when trying to download Wuthering Waves my PC suddenly crash. Then I tried to force turn off the PC by holding the power button. At first the PC was still turn on normally, and then I tried to continue download for the second time, PC crash again for the second time. I force turn off the PC again, the second time I tried to turn on it stucks on black screen, the fan, hard drive, and the keyboard all working, but there is no alienware logo splash. Usually when it pass the alienware logo splash the num lock were turned off, this time it always turned on. The power button shows no blinking which I hope no major issue. The PC never being pushed to the limit that can cause to overheat, and working just fine without any issue. Even I can play genshin impact with no problem. Is there any solution to this? I hope it wasn't hardware issue.
