Aurora R10, upgrades done, no start up boot

I installed the P0M7X AMD R7-5800X, 8C, 105W into my desktop. I had the Ryzen5  CPU in it. I installed another GPU making it dual GPU... When I went to boot my desktop, the alien head in the front bus part is pulsing on and off, but I didn't hear a fail code or anything. There is nothing showing on my screen, no start up boot. Could it be too much for the PSU? My PSU is 1000watts.
