Aurora R10 Ryzen edition, Call of Duty BO 7 problem
I have an Alienware aurora R10 ryxen edition, apparently the new COD game needs secure boot and TPM 2.0 installed. Mine has both, however my TPM version is 3.92.0.5 which is not compatible with the new game coming out. I contacted Dell and the said I have the latest BIOS and nothing can be done. The "0" in my version is the problem. I contacted AMD and they said since its an Alienware Dell/Alienware would have to put out the update. Anyone else having this problem? This is the website explains everything.

Yes I heard R14/R10 users reported this issue. Dell has not stepped up to help yet.

The TPM version is part of AGESA for AMD systems. I highly doubt they will update the BIOS to the latest AGESA version, and instead they will stick with the latest AGESA version for that Alienware edition.

BO is black op for those not into games.
AMD is imo a pain in terms of BIOS. I had a AMD tomahawk which accidentally got flashed pro bios (no idea how that was done). I could not reflash it back to tomahawk. this is a MSI board. Dell AMD board is even worse. user who want the best gaming experience of 5800X3D or the like should consider non Dell AMD board that is more user friendly and have continuous BIOS update support.

This is so frustrating, if Dell doesn’t update the Bios. Any recommendations on a decent prebuilt gaming computer for give or take $1500 preferably with an Intel CPU/Nvidia graphics card.

There's also the issue with the 2 different R10 versions.
If you are on a GEN1 R10 I think you will never see an AGESA upgrade.
Gen2 R10 I highly doubt it since it's been succeeded by the R14.
R14 I also highly doubt it since Alienware has stopped offering AMD systems for some reason. It's Intel only now.

I have alienware R14, they hold themselves out as being a premium computer for "gamers" but it looks like I will not be able to play the beta, or probably the game at this point. Alienware needs to come out with a list of games that can be played on their computers so people know before they purchase you can't use it for all games.

I agree it’s unbelievable that Alienware is supposed to be a gaming PC, but they won’t update their BIOS to play the most popular first person shooter on the market. Other gaming companies have already updated their systems, it would be nice if Alienware jumped on the bandwagon.

I have the exact same problem, Alienware Aurora R10, AMD Ryzen 5900, 3080.
I've been in contact with both dell and activision support.
Dell said there is no public/unreleased bios version with fTPM 3.92.5.5 , and said they couldn't speak on plans of a future update, so it will probably never be made, its an older PC now.
Activision still has my support case open and has had me send my system information to prove that I'm running on the latest BIOS available for my system, but their reply will most likely be them politely saying my system is not compatible with the new game.
Time to buy the new game, again, on console and just hope for an update in the following months.

Just talked to customer service and they gave no indication when the problem will be resolved.

UPDATE:
There was an update to Black Ops 6 the day before the beta released, October 1st, where the error that stated that TPM and secureboot were not enabled changed to "BIOS update required"
This makes more sense as both are on and its only a matter of updating fTPM.
On October 2nd, upon beta release, I was able to open it and play with no issues. Perhaps activision changed it to where fTPM 3.92.0.5 works now, or maybe they're not enforcing the fTPM version requirement until the full version of the game releases.
