Aurora R10, possible upgrades to RAM and GPU

I don't know alot alot about pc's but ive had this one for about 2 to 3 years now. I'm looking to upgrade my pc mostly my RAM and GPU but anything else if its easy enough to quickly install while i currently am working with:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 super

2x16 GB sticks

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core

I couldn't find out my Power supply details and I'm just a daily gamer nothing to hard core but i do a lot of multi tasking which can really take a toll on my memory and looking for something new to make things smoother.
