Aurora R10, can't use due to fans going crazy, can't install AWCC or get any access to lower them

Fans, even on idle are too loud for me to hear anything or to use the computer. Spent over 15 hours trying to download Command Center to lower them, but nothing works. When repairing it says "The wizard was interrupted before Alienware Command Center Package Manager could be completely installed.".

I've downloaded revo installer and went through every file of AWCC on my computer and deleted it. Still no luck. I've even tried downloading older versions.

I just want access to my fans. why does dell block it making it so only their software can control them? and then make software that doesn't even work? so I have faulty fans, faulty software and a three thousand dollar brick I can't even use. Not to mention since I've got it, its been destroying 2TB SSD's every year and a whole lot more problems that I've never got help with, even when I did have warranty.
