Aurora R10, ASUS GeForce RTX 4060, display issues

I recently upgraded the GPU in my Aurora Ryzen R10 desktop PC from an AMD Radeon RX 5300 to an ASUS Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060. Initially, the new graphics card worked seamlessly, providing an enjoyable gaming experience. However, upon restarting the PC, I encountered a problem where no video signal is being sent to either of my two monitors. There is no display of the Alienware logo during startup. Although I believe Windows is loading, as indicated by the functioning PC and illuminated keyboard and mouse following my preferred lighting patterns, the lack of visual feedback is causing difficulties. I am considering attempting to boot into safe mode or the BIOS, but I am unsure which keys to use for these functions. The keys I have tried so far, including F8, F5, and F2, have not yielded the desired results. Any guidance or suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

If your new RTX 4060 is a non-Dell OEM graphics card then, with your original Dell graphics card installed, try going into the pre-boot menu . . . F2 or F12 should get you there, and disable Secure Boot. Then shut down and install your new graphics card.

What is the PSU in the system? Another thing to try is coin cell reset by removing and reinserting the coin cell.

Also try using just 1 monitor only to see if that resolves the issue.

If Windows would be booting without video that is odd, because typically it would not. If F2 during POST did not take you to the BIOS and provided you with the BIOS screen, than it's for sure not a driver issue.

If you are a gamer, then you should go with the Geforce 4060, because I am a PUBG player, and I got suggestion about GPU in this group, and this was very fantastic.
