ok TRY AGAIN, When i start the PC I turn on the power strip the computer lights up as well as the monitor i get the dell on the monitor the front on the pc changes colors then the pc shuts off, the monitor says no hdmi signal and goes black. I then hit the power button on the front of the pc and the computer starts without issue. anyone have a clue what the issue is. When i first got the computer 3 wks ago I had to call tech support about an issue with pci bus failure D0701 but after some back and forth testing I was told this was because their was nothing installed in that slot? Other then this it seems to work fine???

The power strip should never be turned off. Doing so results in you having to turn the power strip on which only feeds power to the computer PSU, motherboard, but cannot turn the computer on.
* Power strip is ON
* Turn the computer OFF via Start--> Power icon--> Shut down
* The computer is now OFF
* Press the power button on the computer to turn it ON

OK then what is the sense of using a when I say power strip/surge protector, if you cannot turn them off. I have used one for years and never had this issue prior. Turn the power strip /surge protector on and then turn on the power button. asking for clarification??

For my usage, it is the power strip built in surge protector functionality. But my power strip is on all of the time.
See page 114. I think you turning the power strip OFF is defined as, "an unexpected loss of power.".
The Aurora ACT1250 BIOS--> Power has the AC Recovery which is set to Power Off. Perhaps change this to Power On and retest your usage.
