Aurora ACT1250, looking to add more usb ports

I understand that the motherboard has the necessary ports, and I will order the appropriate PCIe card. However, the clearance behind the GPU is quite tight. Does anyone know which extender would fit behind the GPU? Has anyone used an extender with this case and GPU before?
