Aurora ACT1250, GeForce RTX 5060 Ti, connecting three monitors

Hello, I have a new Alienware Desktop and I have three Acer monitors I want to connect. I purchased a HDMI splitter, however it does not seem to recognize but one monitor.

No, HDMI-Spitter is not what you want (that traditionally just clones output). Neither do you want a HDMI-Switch (that makes you pick ONE).

Just do as @bradthetechnut suggests ... connect each monitor to the computer's video-card. If you need more assistance, please post:

a. Your video card model and available ports
b. All your monitors model numbers
c. What is the most demanding software that you want to run on all your monitors as a concurrent set?

What ports do you have on your desktop alienware?

Forget the splitter.  Use up the video ports on the PC individually.  If there's not enough, get a good GPU card that has all the ports you need.

Using a GPU card typically disables onboard ports so you know.  There's few exceptions.

@tsangn1 Hello, I have 1 HDMI and 3 others. I forget the name but I ordered 3 cables so I think I will be good.

Thank you!

@BusyBB ,

No problem.

Make one the Primary and Extend the others in Settings.

I also use this little program on Windows-11 Pro:

Open-Source Multiple Monitor Config Saver

Be aware monitor resolution could be an issues with 3 displays. 2 displays not, but 3 might.

So I have purchased new cables to connect to the video ports. I have one monitor connected to the HDMI and two connected to the video ports. When I go to settings to Identify and arrange the monitors, the settings screen opens in a different monitor and my mouse will not go to that screen. I can see my mouse cursor on the other two monitors. Any suggestions?

Thank you

To be clear, all three Acer monitors are connected to #8 pictured below =

HDMI/DisplayPort1/DisplayPort2/DisplayPort3

Video card HDMI out port --> HDMI to HDMI cable --> Acer #1 HDMI in port
Video card DisplayPort1 --> DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable --> Acer #2 DisplayPort in
Video card DisplayPort2 --> DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable --> Acer #3 DisplayPort in

@BusyBB ,

As I said ... "Make one the Primary and Extend the others" in Settings. No "Duplicates" or the other things ...

Drag them around on the screen so they match your physical desk placement.

@BusyBB  Did you're mouse cursor problem get solved?

Otherwise, check Device Manager for any ⚠️.  Regardless, make it update hardware.
