Aurora 13, DDDP
I need to download the DDDP to create a bootable USB for my Alienware computer. The AI cuts in giving info about the DDDP but not the download. What am I doing wrong?

@DELL-Chris M I have an Alienware Aurora 13. As the Microsoft Recovery Media Creator no longer works I am trying to create a boot USB using Dell DDDP however AI cuts in and won't let download DDDP. Can you help me? Thank you, GP
