Area-51 R5, how to avoid SupportAssist auto startup?

Hello, i removed 2 fans from my desktop. Now everytime i power on my alienware start support assist with long infinite HW test that is not needed, becouse it see that 2 fan are missing. I know, becouse i removed them and i want to be like that. Is there a way to disable/remove supportassist startup from bios or from windows?
