Area-51 R2, Windows 11 forced update, 2 green lights 2 red black screen

i have a alienware aera 51r2.  i was playing it no problems then i left it hooked windows 11 forced. now i have no keyboard working my usb no power. i start up my computer 2 green flashes 2 red flashes. why did microsoft force this <Profanity is not allowed. DELL-Admin> then they blame it on dell. but i heard microsoft owns dell.
