Area-51 R2, "device descriptor request failed" for USB-side lighting upon reboot
My Area 51 R2, Gigabyte b450 wifi had recently been fully side lighting/AWCC functional. I am now facing an issue when restarting. The USB listing in device manager reads "device descriptor request failed" upon rebooting with the 9 pin usb that feeds to FIO inserted in MOBO. When I unplug the usb 9 pin from MOBO, restart pc, then plug cable back in after restart, side lighting and AWCC work with no device failure in device manager. I have replaced the FIO, as well as the cable/pins that press against the panels to provide power. I've tried every online resource for fixing descriptor request failures. If I reboot or power down from when the side panels work, when it powers back on the failure will read. Has anyone had experience with this or know where to start? I have another thread open as well but I was gonna make a dedicated posting for this problem.
