Area-51 AAT2250, part of Stadium RGB lights won't fully dim

Have a Area-51 AAT2250 and I can't seem to get the RGB lights on a portion (top section) of the front ring light (stadium lights) to fully dim or go dark. They always seem to minimize to a very dim (but not black) blue color as seen in the picture below. I am on AWCC 6.9.15.0. I've had the system for a couple of months and believe this just started. Not sure if it's hardware or software related. Any way to reset the lights so they work properly?
