Area-51 AAT2250, AlienFX not working AGAIN!

The AlienFX function of AWCC no longer works on my Area-51 AAT2250 Windows 11 desktop and there seems to be nothing I can do it get it working again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest as well as down level versions of the software with "no joy". I've tried to let Revo Uninstaller do it's thing but, still, no joy.

The performance and other sections of AWCC seem to be working but the AlienFX portion just has the silly spinning circle spinning endlessly.

Nothing I've been able to search for on the web or here in the community seems to be helpful? What's left?  Another clean install of Windows 11 and go from there? This is so frustrating! Can anyone help?
