Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Keyboard dead??

Hi!

I have had an Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Keyboard for six months. Last week, I received a firmware update for the keyboard through the AWCC app. I had it connected via USB and the dongle (as recommended in the manual).

During the update, an error occurred, and now the keyboard no longer works—it won’t turn on, and none of the PCs I’ve tried recognize it.

I’ve tried contacting Dell support without success, and I can’t find the serial number or service tag.

Any suggestions?
