Alienware Desktop WiFi issue
Hello all - my wifi is only showing 1mbps and sometimes 20mbps when in the same room my phones get upwards of 200mbps. I tried restarting the desktop, deleting the driver and then restarting for it to reinstall the driver, router restart, etc. Im not able to find a fix to this issue at all. Im not able to check with a hardwire because of how distant the router is.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Can you ID the adapter and any current drivers?
Try a few commands
WINKEY + R type cmd.exe Shift + Enter
ping 127.0.0.1 & ping 13.107.4.52
ping 192.168.0.1 & ping 192.168.1.1
tracert 13.107.4.52
getmac & netsh interface ip show interface
netsh wlan show interfaces & netsh lan show interfaces
netsh wlan show drivers & powershell get-netadapter
ipconfig /all
Post anything NON personal, but hopefully relevant.
