Alienware AW320M -problem

The Alienware AW320M mouse has been working perfectly since I bought it, but today it suddenly disappeared and ACC can't find it anymore... I'm afraid there was a problem while uploading the firmware upgrade, otherwise I can't explain it... manual download is not possible, the DELL website does not offer firmware for the AW320M, but it is already available for the AW720M model, which is amazing.
