Alienware Aurora R16 - Worst PC Purchase I’ve ever made
The title says it all. I’ve had 7 support cases opened with now 3 onsite visits in a single year, and the system routinely crashes to a blue screen error. They’ve already replaced the CPU, the cooling system and now my main SSD. The only components remaining for swap out are the motherboard and RAM.
After every repair, I’ve brought up that the blue screen crashes continue to occur, and now I’m sitting here again, with a computer that won’t even boot.
I use this computer for work, and I paid for the highest level of onsite support (hoping to never use it), and yet my computer is again broken, for the 3rd time in a single year.

Dell support assures me that this is just an SSD issue and their new hard drive will fix this.
