Downloaded directly from Web. Attempt the flash, find the file, computer reboots twice, something flashes on screen momentarily between reboots, Windows opens up, msconfig says bios version still 2.7.0

When I tried to install the update through SupportAssist, it says Entered BIOS password is incorrect. It didn't ask me for a password, it just goes straight to the error message that "We couldn't finish some of your updates" and under what happened, "Entered BIOS password is incorrect".

A couple of days ago my computer, an aurora r16 downloaded a bios update. Since then I have not been able to get into windows 11. A message is telling me that for security reasons my PIN number needs to be changed but it’s not detecting my WiFi. I’m wondering if this is related to the security update and whether I need to make a change to my bios settings. My last resort is going to be to reinstall windows. There has to be another way.

Ugh. Downloaded & Installed new bios from tech center. Seemed to fail. No monitors, no keyboard, no mouse. Alien head flashes teal, blue, purple, red, orange, yellow, green. Holding down the button restarts with same results. Unable to crtl/esc restart as keyboard seems unresponsive.
What to do?
