Add DSC toggle or enable Custom Resolution support on AW2725DF

Hi Dell team,

Many users of the Alienware AW2725DF are unable to create custom resolutions in NVIDIA Control Panel or CRU because the monitor enforces DSC and fixed EDID timings.

Please consider adding a DSC toggle or enabling Custom Resolution support in the next firmware (for example, M3B104).

This feature is important for gamers who use stretched resolutions in titles like PUBG, Valorant, and CS2.
