Alpha R2, restore original bios settings
Hi, I'm not particularly great with tech, so forgive me if the questions souns noobie.
I have a Alienware Alpha R2, bought December '16.
It came with Windows 10, a SK Hynix 256Gb M.2 and a 1Tb HGST 7,2k HDD.
I used to game with it so I changed the HDD for a second SSD, in doing so, I had to change Bios settings like boot(legacy-uefi), secure boot, etc. Which made me lose the bootloader screen, because of these changes, needed to accept the Sata SSD.
I also later made a clean install of windows 10, fully formating the original boot drive.
So, now I want to change it back to the original HDD and have it working just as it exited the box. I have downloaded Dell OS Recovery Tool and made a USB recovery for the Alpha.
What changes do I have to make back to the Bios and Boot settings so it works just as it used to?
Thank you very much!

I've never seen an Alpha up-close. but most Dell systems ship with BIOS set to:
- UEFI
- RAID Mode
- SecureBoot = Enabled
Although, I've found that sometimes you have to temporarily disable SecureBoot while messing-around with boot drives.

Thank you, it worked great! By changing the Secure Boot, the other settings changed automaticaly.
Now something else came up.
I downloaded the image for the Alpha using Dell's OS Recovey Tool, but the version installed that I am now using, doesn't have any of the Alienware software installed. It should, that's why I wanted a full image, to factory reset it.
How come??

1. Excellent
2. Because it's reportedly (by many users and Rockstars) just a standard Windows-10 Image.
I recommend just getting it from Microsoft. However, that one should work. Everything else you get from support.dell.com .
