xps 9720 - opengl3.3 does not work in power mode "balanced" only in "full power" mode...?

Dear All, I have a problem that the program "Luminar" from Skylum did only work correctly if I set the XPS to maximum performance mode. After setting the power mode to "balanced" and "quiet" I´ve get a "....this program needs opengl3.3.

All drivers are up to date.... hardware test all with no negative result.

I would appreciate any help.

UPDATE 2024-05-28: Since two days I have disabled everything in the device manger or in the BIOS which will have an impact on the boot process; many things which have an impact on how fast the boot process will be.

In particular, I suspect that the ‘Fastboot’ function (...reduces boot time by skipping certain hardware and configuration initialization during boot) does not load certain functions in ‘balanced / quiet power mode’.

....since 2 days the program "Luminar" runs without error messages in "balanced & quiet" mode.....
