XPS 17 9710: Sound problems if connected directly to usb-c

HI

I have two usb-c audio components:

- Conference speaker S330

- Headset Jabra evolve 40 

Both components have the same problem: If I use the usb-c port on the notebook itself there is no or cracking sound (Microphone is working and the speaker/headset is listed under windows 11)

If I use an USB hub or the audio jack - the headset an conference speaker are working perfectly!

Any Ideas on this?
