XPS 13 startet nicht
Wenn ich den Laptop starten will, kommt immer due Anzeige "ran into problem". Wenn ich dann die Checks alle mache, ist aber alles in Ordnung.
Auch reparieren bringt nichts, auch dort ist angeblich alles in Ordnung. Starte ich dann erneut, kommt wieder nach dem Dell-Logo die Anzeige und der Fehlercode 0x7e. Mit dem W-Lan, dass er unter F12 erkennt, kann er sich auch nicht verbinden, daher bin ich sehr limitiert in meinen Möglichkeiten.
Was kann ich tun? Er lief gestern einwandfrei, heute startet er halt nicht mehr - und es ist mein Arbeitsrechner...

Whenever I try to start the laptop, the message "ran into problem" always appears. But when I run all the checks, everything is fine. Even repairing it doesn't help; everything is supposedly fine there, too. When I restart, the message and error code 0x7e appear after the Dell logo. It can't connect to the Wi-Fi that it detects under F12, so my options are very limited. What can I do? It worked perfectly yesterday, but today it won't boot – and it's my work computer..."
