xps 13 consultation

Hello, I actually plan to buy the laptop XPS 13 9310, i7 1185G7, 4K, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, Windows 10 home. But I read in some reports that there were always problems with the XPS 13 models. My question is, has anyone had long-term experience with the model I would like to get? I would like to be interested. Thank you very much.
