XPS 13 9380 (2019) compatible with Monitor UltraSharp WUHD 40 Zoll (U4021QW)?

I would like to exchange my two 4K 32"-monitors (driven by thunderbold Dock WD19TB) with one UltraSharp WUHD 40" (U4021QW).

Question: does the XPS 13 9380 (2019) support the Monitor UltraSharp WUHD 40 Zoll (U4021QW)?

Can I connect the XPS13 directly to the monitor or do I need still a TB-Dock?
