Mouse and keyboard lags

Dear all,

I have frequent (about every 5 second) lags on my mouse & keyboard. This causes my keyboard to perform the last action used for about 1 second completely messing up my writing and mouse usage. Here are the specs:

Laptop: XPS 13 9305

Connected to the laptop via USB C is one the Dell USB-C-Hub-Monitor – P2422HE. Again connected to that P2422HE is another P2422HE via Display Port. My mouse (Logitech G402) and my keyboard Corsair RGP0122 are both (+ a logitech BRIO ULTRA HD) connected via the USB Ports of the first P2422HE. Additionally, I have plugged in a Steelseries Artic 1 directly into the laptop.

Please help me.
